Nicolae BURCHEL

Nicolae Burchel is the Managing Partner of Burchel & Associates Law Firm and has over 14 years of extensive professional experience that includes acting as leading attorney in major business transactions as well as pioneering in most litigious and enforcement aspects of intellectual property rights in Romania. Mr. Burchel specializes in providing expert advice on corporate transactions and investments in areas such as IT, e-commerce, telecommunication, distribution, media and insurance.

Mr. Burchel held the position of Senior Legal Expert in the PHARE 0107.06.01 project "Upgrading and harmonization of intellectual property rights, and strengthening of implementing authorities in charge of intellectual and industrial property protection", whose beneficiaries were the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks and the Romanian Copyright Office.

Mr. Burchel is also a trademark counselor having extensive well-known experience in advising and representing clients in cases of trademark infringement, both in litigious and non-litigious related aspects.

Ioana BURCHEL

Constantin DĂDĂLĂU

Constantin Dădălău is a Senior Associate specialized in the intellectual property rights protection and enforcement, being particularly involved in organizing and conducting IPR training events and round table discussions. In addition, Mr. Dădălău has been advising clients on various litigious criminal, commercial and civil cases. Ioana MANEA

Ioana Manea is an Associate practicing in the areas of intellectual property law, commercial and corporate, competition and real estate. She has experience in analysis and drafting feedback reports for amending the copyright legislation, training IPR enforcement authorities in the area of software protection and enforcement, as well as in negotiating and drafting of various contracts. Ms. Manea is also a trademark and an industrial design and model counsel, having considerable experience in advising clients particularly in trademark infringement cases.
